It’s a super new, neat and clean villa, exactly like on the photos. Aircons worked very well, you can keep them at 26 degrees and that will be sufficient. Wifi and showers worked perfectly well, too. Located in a very quiet gated villa compound. Next seven eleven is about 6-7 minutes away by feet, as well as several massage salons. Tatyana is a very friendly and responsive host, all our wishes were immediately taken care of, thank you:)
Note that although it’s not mentioned in the add, the electricity is billed extra. The host charges 8 Baht per Kw and we paid around 212€ for 15 full nights. For orientation: we used aircons in only 2 bedrooms by night and tried to have only one aircon running in the living room by day when we were home, turned everything off when we left. But it’s a big villa and a pool, so it sums up:)
